The Phrygian word ΕΝΣΤΑΡΝΑ
e n s t a r n a
Transliteration enstarna
Meaning to stand in, to place inside
See also Phrygian: ΕΣΤΑΕΣ ‘stand, establish’
Greek: ενίστημι ‘to be in, to stand in’
Proto-Indo-European: *(s)teh₂- ‘to stand’

ΕΣΤΑΡΝΑ is reminiscent of the Hittite adverb istarna `between, mutually, in the midth, among(st), within, internally', and the similarity becomes even more striking if we recall that Puhvel (1984: 482) reconstructs *enstarna for the Hittite word, but the similarity is probably accidental.
